Available to all Velsoft and adjunct site customers, past and present, the Courseware Assurance™ program allows our customers to purchase a yearly (paid monthly or yearly) maintenance, product support and warranty service combined with a product update and monthly new course allowance.

Disaster Recovery and Download Access
Courseware Assurance subscribers have access to their individualized courseware download extranet area which allows them, 24 hours a day, in real time to re-load their previously purchased courses or to have a new replacement DVD shipped direct via FedEx overnight if they experience a computer data loss or CD/DVD damage. Non-subscribers would have to re-purchase their lost courses at the present retail posted pricing.


All Courseware Updates Included at No Cost
Courseware Assurance™ subscribers are provided, at no further cost, all updates, revisions and additions for all courses they have previously purchased. Non-subscribers would have to purchase the latest versions of their present courses at the present retail posted pricing to receive the updates, revisions and additions.


Full Service and Support for the full term of Subscription
Courseware Assurance™ subscribers are provided with full technical support and customer service for the life of their subscription at no extra cost. Non-subscribers are only provided a 90 day support agreement and would have to pay the present posted service fee for support via the phone or email.


Special Access to the Courseware Assurance™ Train-the-Trainer Webinars
Courseware Assurance™ subscribers would have full and free access to our special “Courseware Assurance™ Train-the-Trainer Webinar” library allowing a single user viewing license providing an eLlearning environment for trainers, educators and presenters to improve skills and abilities in the training field. Non-subscribers would have to purchase these webinar courses at the present retail posted pricing.


Get One New Course Each Month ... Selected by our Subscribers.
Courseware Assurance™ subscribers receive one new course each month, free of charge, as part of the ongoing growth of our library. Plus subscribers will be allowed to “vote” in a request format, online, on the next course to be developed in an ongoing survey environment. The course which has the largest amount of votes will be produced for future release. Non-subscribers would have to purchase the new custom courses at the present retail posted pricing.

Your Subscription cost never goes up. Locked in pricing.
Courseware Assurance™ subscribers never have to worry about rising subscription fees as your starting subscription rate is locked in, or grand-fathered, for the life of your subscription commitment. As long as you maintain your subscription you will never have your rate increase. Non-subscribers would have to purchase at the present subscription rate, which will likely increase each year.
